Shipping

 All Shipping will be via USPS or Fedex. 

When you receive your package depends on how quickly we receive your approval of the proof that we will send within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Once we receive your approval, we will will ship the order out no later than the next business day,(excluding Sundays).  For estimated delivery times based on the method you select, please see below:

If you are ordering fully assembled bars, your shipping rate will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your package.  You may select to ship via USPS or Fedex.

 If you are odering bars during the hot months, (May - September), we strongly advise that you ship via USPS Express Mail, Fedex Standard Overnight or Fedex Priority Overnight.  Please be sure that someone is there to sign for your order so that it is not left unattended in the heat. 

 If you are ordering candy wrappers + foil + candy bar, (which comes fully assembled), please allow for 2-3 day processing time.

 If you are ordering the wrapper + foil only, your order should be processed within 24 hours after you have approved your proof.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is very important to us.  If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. 

We will not be be held responsible for any bars that melted due to the heat.  Please pay attention to the temperatures in your area.  If it will be above 70 within a week or two of your order, please ship via Express Mail.

If there are any errors on your order that were not present when you approved your proof, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if you notify us within 30 days of your order.  If there is an error that was present when you approved the proof, we will offer a replacement at a discounted rate plus shipping.  If you choose to not receive an emailed proof, we will not be held responsible for any errors.

CANCELLATIONS

 Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been approved, printed or shipped.
